      <image:caption>The bricks and rammed earth took inspiration from London’s geological and cultural history of innovation.From the bricks which built the city, to the stability which allowed tunnelling for the London Underground, the seam of geological clay beneath London has been essential to its development. As well as facilitating architectural innovation, London clay forms the banks of the River Thames, providing the city cultural and technological growth over its history. Reflecting London’s progressive work in material innovation and circular design, we reimagined the opportunities of local waste plastic within the store design by collaborating with maker and materialist James Shaw. VM detailing like bespoke footwear risers, bookends and layers above mid-floor fixtures integrated James Shaw’s unique materiality hand extruded from recycled high density polyethylene and polypropylene. The overall colour palette across the brick, rammed earth effect and recycled HDPE/PP was inspired by the London born, J.W Turner and his impressionist paintings of the Swiss Alps. With abundant natural light filling the store, the palette celebrates nature intertwining with the man made and celebrates the Swiss/British relationship.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Inspired by glamorous pool parties and breath-taking locations, the display was designed to present a poolside landscape, transporting passers-by into summer.  Designed by our in-house design team, distorted tiles explored the movement of water throughout the display alongside stepped levels, reflecting the design language of luxurious holiday destinations.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>A feast for the eyes, this project allowed us to heavily experiment with our artwork, materialism, and printing methods to achieve the desired finishes. Whilst following our circular approach to design, the tiled finish was printed locally with a 3D UV-LED roll to roll printer, ensuring minimal waste of both material and ink. As well as the locations in which we produced, we also designed the displays for Jimmy Choo’s Barcelona, Madrid, and Munich stores, making this a greatly successful international roll-out.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Elegantly experimenting with the campaign’s theme, we built an immersive crochet set, showcasing Acne’s vision of the handcrafted merging with the essence of hyper-futurism. A peephole was built into the crochet wall, taking visitors to a miniature version of the install, home to its very own mini-Acne bag. Other viewfinders were also placed around the space, home to imaginary sets and models from the campaign.  These unique viewfinders encouraged visitors to transport themselves into the world of Acne in an intimate and immersive way.</image:caption>

Featuring talent from London, Paris, and Milan, we had so much fun bringing this important and inspiring campaign to life. Our video shows Trap Fruits London, a community greengrocer that delivers fresh quality fruit to people’s doors weekly. Founders, Peigh and Baff, started the business during the pandemic when they realised how difficult it was to get a fresh mixture of both Afro-Caribbean and British fruit and veg and how important it was for their community to have access to fresh fruit.</image:caption>

Our collaborators and talent were chosen due their connections to their local communities and their 'For Good' attitude when supporting their local environments. Each has their own story to tell and Timberland gave them a voice for this. The campaign was live across European Footlocker stores and on social and online.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>We teamed up with Jimmy Choo to design and roll out their global Spring 22 campaign. Our brief was to create a window that reflected the LA house and imagery from the campaign’s photoshoot with Hailey Bieber, continuing Jimmy Choo’s ongoing relationship with the model and socialite.   Using chrome details to replicate a pool side setting, ripple effect textures and layered light boxes we experimented with the light refraction in the windows, introducing colour to evoke spring reflections and textures and ultimately imitate the location in the campaign imagery.</image:caption>

Ripple acrylic, made to order to avoid any waste material, was tinted blue and the walls were a hammered metal finish. Campaign imagery was then displayed on light boxes with chrome surrounds and the floor was an off-white stone effect- completing the poolside look and feel.  Delivered globally, in both the London Flagship store on New Bond Street and in Westfield as well as Paris, Cannes and Geneva, and shared worldwide on Jimmy Choo’s social platforms, this project was a great addition to our ongoing relationship with the brand.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The concept for the space and activation, much in line with the capsule collection, was 'Second Life Luxury'. We wanted to ensure that the physical build followed the same steps as the product and had the same circular initiatives. Therefore, we designed the space to highlight the origin of the AGR products. From up-cycling and repurposing ex-campaign assets and fabric graphics through to creating unique and own-able details &amp; furniture for the brand. We produced textured garment rails with AGR knit overlaid, a Nike swoosh upholstered in Nike &amp; AGR’s deadstock and packaging made from previous campaign light-box graphics- the final space truly reflected the sustainable ethos behind the collaboration.</image:caption>

The concept of Hike everywhere bridges the light, reflections and distortions that nature has on our cities and landscapes. From fog and rain which diffuses and reflects lights in the city, to the luscious greenery of rainforests meeting the morning mist. The concept plays with how we perceive the natural elements and the man-made and playing with the layered distortions created when combined.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Elements of the design featured chromed sculptures depicting rock formations or mountain peaks – a nod to Bally’s outdoor influence but with a contemporary twist. These reflected the campaign colours and their surroundings through different facets of the sculpture forms – from motion screens and lightboxes in close proximity to surrounding textures, the sculptures would give a dynamic perspective while you move through the space.  Flocked forms in stone and green tones took inspiration from nature and formed to create plinths and merchandise walls for a range of products. To larger installations, mist textured windows would give blurred out distortions of light and colour while giving apertures to key content and the iconic Bally Hike signage.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>We designed and produced the launch event and retail doors for the Chuck 70 Renew canvas which are crafted from 100% recycled polyester, produced using plastic bottles. Our first step on this progressive journey with the brand was designing the campaign to eliminate any wasted material. Aside from designing with reclaimed, recycled and recyclable materials — any virgin materials were designed for repurposing. This meant giving elements multifunctionality and adaptability to be used in upcoming retail displays. From reclaimed timbers and reconstituted foams/plastics to hired equipment, we wanted to make sure every detail contributed to a renewed way of designing for retail. The Press event creative was repurposed for retail and unrequired elements were locally donated or placed back into its original cycle of life. Celebrating the scheme across multiple spaces allowed us to ensure the RENEW story was shared consistently over press, media and consumer facing channels. Press was shared widely on owned account channels and Converse globally. The pinnacle event day saw engagement elements such talks by influencers and Converse experts, customisation workshops, educational sustainable material galleries and recycling workshops making this an end to end experiential retail project for Seen Displays. This campaign is the first very exciting step of the Converse RENEW journey and we were proud to play such an established part.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Our production aimed to honour the brand’s Moroccan heritage as soft shapes, rustic tile plinth toppers and warm bright colours were weaved into the space, providing the perfect backdrop for the Autumn/ Winter collection. The pop-up featured a variety of the brand’s A/W 2021 collection as well as a wide selection of their first womenswear collection. All of which was inspired by the high-octane world of Monaco’s casinos and Grand Prix. The collection was showcased within a series of bespoke cladded arches, which also utilised the colourful Automne-Hiver 2021 “Grand Prix” collection graphic as an impactful backdrop to set the scene. We were very proud to play such a pivotal part in Casablanca’s push into the womenswear retail space and went on to complete their Harrods pop-up too.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>We partnered with Bally to design their new U.S. Bally Haus Flagship Concept in New York’s vibrant Meatpacking District. Situated in a district which is a lifestyle hub for the local community, the store was designed to seamlessly fit in with its surroundings and create a lifestyle-driven hub. We designed the space with flexibility and sustainability in mind. The layout is fully adaptable, allowing it to serve as a multi-functional space that transforms selling into entertaining, with modular fixtures and furniture lending themselves to cultural events. Online to offline touch points were featured throughout, grabbing the curiosity of consumers and providing new ways of engagement, leveraging digital integration to support the customer experience and ensuring that engagement stays core to the Bally strategy. It was exciting to work with Bally and see them bring their classic style to the heart of the traditionally industrial Meatpacking District.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Working closely with Rocky, we drew inspiration from his home of Harlem, New York, exploring his favourite streets, shops, restaurants and existing graffiti of his late friend A$AP Yams. Steering away from a traditional retail space, we decided to bring Harlem to London in the form of a 3D miniature neighbourhood, created from bespoke dioramas using model making and 3D printing to create the scenes. Continuing from the pop-up windows we designed and produced in 2017, we brought the bodega to life as fitting rooms, complete with bespoke stocked shelves. The entire space had an installation feel very different to your traditional and more practical retail spaces creating photographable and shareable moments. The launch of the AWGE space in Selfridges coincided with A$AP Rocky’s birthday and he celebrated with a great turnout from dedicated fans and customers who had been on an exclusive waiting list. The shoppable New York City stayed place in Selfridges for two years.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Work - Bally &lt;br/&gt; How local culture and material innovation can reimagine the retail experience</image:title>
      <image:caption>The bricks and rammed earth took inspiration from London’s geological and cultural history of innovation. From the bricks which built the city, to the stability which allowed tunnelling for the London Underground, the seam of geological clay beneath London has been essential to its development. As well as facilitating architectural innovation, London clay forms the banks of the River Thames, providing the city cultural and technological growth over its history. Reflecting London’s progressive work in material innovation and circular design, we reimagined the opportunities of local waste plastic within the store design by collaborating with maker and materialist James Shaw. VM detailing like bespoke footwear risers, bookends and layers above mid-floor fixtures integrated James Shaw’s unique materiality hand extruded from recycled high density polyethylene and polypropylene. The overall colour palette across the brick, rammed earth effect and recycled HDPE/PP was inspired by the London born, J.W Turner and his impressionist paintings of the Swiss Alps. With abundant natural light filling the store, the palette celebrates nature intertwining with the man made and celebrates the Swiss/British relationship.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The original ‘Collectibles’ brief was to design and produce a series of bespoke fixtures that were to look like an exclusive collectible display cabinet, framing the individual exclusive bags. The display cabinets were designed in a way to sit in formations of 9 of which created a focus point in Jimmy Choo stores, globally. Each arch is made by individually hand cast jesmonite plaster with an imprinted stone texture, this is then fixed to a solid, polished brass inner arch and base. A bespoke method that gave the bags the home they deserved, as well as providing a long lasting and sustainable solution for rolling out around the world. The scheme went to all Jimmy Choo markets, including the US, Europe and Japan. Later in the year,we put a festive spin on the Collectible campaign by stacking and layering the bespoke arch forms. Combined with Bon Bon bags hung from brass hooks and their very own JC gold star, the final window housed their own Christmas Bon Bon tree in the heart of Paris! Delicate lights were added, framing the tree, bringing that extra Christmas sparkle to the creative.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Work - Nike &lt;br/&gt; Supporting Nike ‘Move to Zero’ with their waste and carbon footprint</image:title>
      <image:caption>We collaborated with Nike to launch their new Air Vapormax 2020 Flyknit trainer at JD stores across Europe as part of their ongoing Move To Zero campaign. To carry the reduced waste manifesto through to the displays in store, we researched the latest in innovative, recycled materials. We combined Plasticiet, Smile Plastics, recycled rubber and cardboard to create stacked ‘trash’ plinths that celebrated the sustainable narrative of the product. The displays were designed with re-use in mind, allowing the campaign to reach London, Manchester, Berlin and Paris stores with limited repeat build needed. Strapping was used instead of permanent fixings in order to easily dismantle to recycle or re-use and the displays were supported by evolving digital content. This campaign follows on from our Renew project last year as Nike Inc continue to lead the way in circular retail.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Work - Nike &lt;br/&gt; A 360 running campaign in collaboration with Joy Yamusangie</image:title>
      <image:caption>Joy Yamusangie  (they/them) is a visual artist who specialises in illustration. With an approach that crosses borders between mediums, including typography, poetry, ceramics and collage, Joy’s work is always authentically experimental. At the root of Joy’s art, between the bright palette, black lines and sketched faces, is their personal thoughts and feelings that come from simply living life. ‘Running Thoughts’ is a collaboration with Joy Yamusangie x Nike and we were brought on board to create a launch that not only celebrated the collection in store, but reached people outside of the physical environment. The collection dropped  just in time for Hackney Moves and the Hackney Half, celebrating running and ultimately inspiring a new generation of runners and creatives.  We created all of the online and social assets for the campaign using Joy’s illustrations along with imagery shot by the talented, London based photographer, Adama Jalloh, working closely with Adama to select the best locations in and around Hackney to include.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>For the physical store space we designed and produced a takeover of the Nike Hackney Store basement, hosting an evening event of risograph printing workshops with Hackney based Duplikat Press and Joy. The day was made up of three different workshops made up of Nike Members, Nike Business Partners and local Hackney based charity and friends of ours at Seen Displays, Voyage Youth. Voyage Youth is a social justice charity with the aim to empower marginalised young, Black people and provide them with the self-awareness and motivation to transform themselves and their communities. Lastly, for those that couldn't join the activations in person, we designed, produced and sent seeding kits, gifting the collection, to special recipients so they could be part of the campaign story, wherever they were in the UK. The outcome was a fully enriched launch that saw collaboration between multiple talents and creatives.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Considering Nolii’s forward thinking, tactile and simplified brand ethos, we developed the full concept, design and production to create their first physical retail space within BoxPark, Shoreditch. With direct visual inspiration from the products of @nolii, the design included VM details such as the modular 3D wall display representative of Nolii’s easy-to-attach lifestyle accessories. We designed everything with the ethos of Nolii in mind, stressing within the space that tech is our friend, not a thing of clutter and frustration, visualised through the fun and approachable colour display. Whilst also building on the brands mission to make accessories simpler across the board, we included a space for ‘Friends of Nolii’ within the store, a showcase for external brands with the same values of making everyday practicality less stressful.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Work - Levi's &lt;br/&gt; The launch of the Levi’s x Queer Britain partnership</image:title>
      <image:caption>The exhibition offered a safe space for all people to learn and celebrate LGBTQ+ history and culture and showcased the work of four photographers who examined the theme of ‘Chosen Family’. We were asked to join the partnership by designing and producing an environment that not only celebrated the mission statement of this initiative, but also hero-ed the photography and stories from 4 individual photographers. The exhibition space allowed viewers to feel that they were in a safe and honest environment. This was achieved with the use of flexible grid panels and transparent acrylic that naturally guided viewers through each story. The use of white throughout most of the space allowed the photography to take centre stage. Coloured iridescent film applied to the windows offered a sophisticated highlight of colour, as well as a subtle nod to the Pride Rainbow. At the end of the experience, guests were encouraged to tell their own story by writing on the hexagonal shapes provided and adding to a magnetic iridescent surface, making history together. The exhibition was open to the public for 7 days, with a launch party attended by the charity’s ambassadors. The event allowed the initiative to reach a wider audience and provide awareness of the ongoing support Levi’s is providing the charity.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The Swatch concession is an immersive, music-scene inspired space situated on the first floor within the menswear department. We transformed the space into a conceptual recording studio complete with bespoke speakers, flight cases and digital equipment with exposed wiring. Powder-coated white fixtures mixed with chrome finishes, blue neon speaker rings and bold typography on ticker tape screens added a contemporary and slick finish to the fixtures which aligned well with the iconic department stores aesthetic. Product is cleverly integrated throughout the space so the audience can discover the collection in a seamless way. The concession has since been replicated in both Manchester and Birmingham Selfridges stores.</image:caption>
